At Tune Therapy Records, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy outlines how we handle your personal data when you visit our website (regardless of where you visit it from), details your privacy rights, and explains our copyright and intellectual property policies.
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. We collect, use, store, and transfer different types of personal data when you communicate with us or submit a legal inquiry through our specialized forms:
We only process personal data when permitted by law. Most commonly, we use your personal information in the following circumstances:
Any email addresses and messaging history submitted through our contact or legal forms are stored with strict confidentiality controls. We do not rent, sell, or disclose your email addresses to third-party promoters or marketers. The stored emails are exclusively used by the official compliance and administration teams of Tune Therapy Records to respond to your specific submissions and manage active legal disputes.
All track demos, metadata, and artist submissions sent via our Demo Submission portal are gathered solely for review by the A&R (Artists and Repertoire) team of Tune Therapy Records. These tracks are treated as strictly confidential, are hosted securely, and will never be published, broadcast, or distributed on any public streaming platforms. Demos are stored only for the duration of the evaluation phase and are permanently purged and deleted from our databases within 30 days of completing the review process.
Information submitted through our Publishing Catalogue Submission form (including contact name, email, artist/band/label name, PRO affiliation, and catalogue links) is collected strictly to assess your repertoire for representation, administration, and sync licensing opportunities. These submissions are kept confidential and are only accessed by our A&R and licensing teams.
Personal data submitted via the General Contact Form (name, email, subject, and message) is used solely to respond to your specific inquiries and facilitate communication.
Tune Therapy Records maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards intellectual property infringement. Actions that constitute copyright violations under our policy include:
If you believe your content has been infringed, or if you have received a copyright claim from Tune Therapy Records that you wish to dispute, please submit a formal notice through our dedicated Legal Issue Form.
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. Access to your personal data is restricted to employees, legal representatives, and contractors who have a legitimate business need to process it.
Under applicable data protection laws, you possess rights in relation to your personal data, including the right to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability, and the right to object to processing.
